“Software” is defined as the intuit computer program with which the software license agreement (“Contract”) is included, as well as all updates or maintenance versions. “Test software” is defined as a version of the software limited to an evaluation defined by Intuit for a specified period. “Resale software” is defined as software that is not intended for resale and is marked “No to resale” or “NFR.” “intuitive software,” software, test software and/or not resale software. You may use services or content that can be accessed through Intuit software if you accept separate agreements with Intuit or with third parties. Do not use Intuit until you have read the following agreement carefully. If The Intuit software has been pre-installed on your computer, if CD-ROM hard drives (“disk(s)”) have been packed with your computer at no extra cost, or if you have received the Intuit software for free and you do not agree to this agreement, do not use the Intuit software.
